I have tried the WordPress 2.5 image fixes and have got past the initial HTTP error. Unfortunately I am not able to get any of the images to be inserted into any new posts.
I am pretty busy but will get this fixed soon.

I am having problems with images too, they do not align correctly. Everything looks fine on the post page, but when you publish, looks terrible.
