We Closed in 2 Weeks on our Home
Yesterday we closed on our house in 2 weeks from the day the offer was accepted. Many people were surprised that we were able to get it done so quick.
My recommendations on closing so fast is to keep on top of the loan officers, insurance, inspections, appraisals, and everything else needed to close. There is not time to waste when closing on a house.
Closing fast on a home is not that hard to do. Get your paperwork in, and get the required things done as soon as possible.
Our home loan closing yesterday went down without a hitch. We are now the proud owners of a very nice home with a pool in The Woodlands, TX. On a side not if you are looking for a great place to move that is still affordable yet has all the nice things then The Woodlands, Texas is the place for you.

If you are looking for a fast home close it can be done. I know because I just closed my house in 2 weeks!

I was googling to see if it is possible to close on a home with in a month. i have exactly one month. I have to strat from scratch, and close it. I have choosen the house. What do you recommend doing?
How did u close so soon/I will appreciate your guidance on this.
I think at this time in the mortgage crisis it can be tough, but get a loan officer that is on top of things. Ask him/her if she can close get all her end done in 30 days, and challenger her with this.
30 days is plenty of time. Good luck and keep us updated!
