MoreMerchant.com has never looked very good.
In fact I might say it is normally pretty ugly looking. I have never been happy with it. From time to time I have considered getting a free theme that would look better and I have even offered money to someone who would would redesign it.
As you can tell I have never been happy with any options so here the ugly MoreMerchant.com sits.
Now I contemplate, “Should I see how UGLY I can make the blog?” hm…. now that is an idea.

I never thought that someone would ask the question if they should make their blog ugly. What would be the purpose of making it ugly?
I am not sure if anyone remembers way back… But back in 1997 or 1998 mIRC was extremely popular.
It was an online chat thing. It is still around today but I am not sure who uses it.
Their site back then was so ugly it got all kinds of publicity/press for how ugly it was.
They were downright proud of it.
This makes a ton of sense if it helps to get publicity to your blog. I’m glad that you answered this since I was wondering what the purpose of making your blog ugly was. Wonderful response and I hope this goes well for you.
I actually don’t think I will do that. What I think I will do is clean it up and simplify the site. I am tired of blogs that look like spam.
Yeah the post title is ugly … but it attract traffic.
On the other hand, there is nothing ugly about your contents and overall site.
Okay, how I define ugly blog is those blog cluttered with ads. Now, those are ugly.
I agree 100%.
Design for me is a mix between what you want and what is possible AND what looks okay … notice the order, it is intentional.
Not going to lie, this site good use some work to improve it’s design and the way it looks to the audience.
