Testing Kontera for Quality and Payout – Review

As you see on this site and others in my blogging network I am testing 
Kontera text ads. If you see the double line on some of the text and hover above it you will see a little window that shows you some information. If you click this or the double lined words you will be taken to the advertiser that is related to the words that are underlined.
My quick review of Kontera is that it is ok. It works quicker than it used to when it slowed down a site by 50% or so. The payout is a bit lower than it was when I tried it out way back when. On this site is is making more than Google Adsense, and on some other sites it is running at par with YPN (Yahoo publisher Network).
That is the quick and dirty Kontera review.

Hi Jake,
I have been using Kontera for a while now and their performance speedwise is ok, but their payouts are away lower than what you think. Their eCPM after about 4-months is $0.66
Very low, don’t you think?
