I am starting a quick promo group that will run behind the scenes. Basically we scratch each others backs so to speak. I deep link you from time to time in return for some links.
Is this unethical? Of course not. All we are doing is linking top quality content that we are interested in. This helps the small to medium sized blog to find new readers and develop strength with Google.
Can I be punished by Google? Of course not. This is what Google wants. It wants quality content links and not spam sites. Thus quality posts get better search results.
