Google is now allowing select Google Base users to use Google Payments as a substitute to a merchant account.
The best way to describe Google Payments is calling it an alternative to PayPal.
The set up is fairly easy, and you must verifiy your bank account.
So if you do not have a merchant account, don’t worry. The time is coming that you can use Google Base as an alternative to a standard Merchant Account.
