Mortgages What is the Best for Me?
Time is flying by. I am moving ahead with my new mortgage for a new residence in NW Houston. It has been somewhat fun as I have scouted out the best mortgage.
Basically what I have learned is that with great credit banks will make the numbers say whatever you want to hear. They all get the money at the same rate. So they will give you low interest and high fees or higher interest and no fees.
Play the game and get the bottom line numbers on your mortgage. Don’t get confused by all their different deals. You can compare the bottom line number and determine what is the best mortgage for you in your situation.
I am going with E-loan after trying private banks, mortgage brokers, and various online mortgage companies. So far they have been the least pushy and less crap.
