Looking for a Wordpress Theme $500

I am thinking of overhauling the MoreMerchant.com Wordpress Theme. Are you a Wordpress Theme Designer? Here is what I want:
Unique (only to be used on MoreMerchant.com) and Creative Theme. It must work well with monetization techniques. It must be youthful yet authoritative. You can use MoreMerchant.com as an advertisement for your services.
It must be related to a site like this one. Target customer is one who is looking to save more money and make more money. We also deal with credit cards, credit scores, mortgages and other financial related items.
How much I am going to pay: $250 - $500. That is it. I have some offers already but are you interested? I will pay via paypal when project is complete.

You can get quite a few ideas from free wordpress themes (that you can tweak) on New Wordpress Themes dot net OR as you initially requested, try a designer like ewebscapes.com.
You could contact uniqueblogdesigns.com if really want to have one. They have the best wordpress theme designs around.
