John Cow Selling a Domain Name

My surgery went well and I was taking a minute after the Thursday night NFL game to catch up a little.

I see that John Cow is selling a domain name. It hs a PR5 but isn’t doing all that well. In fact MoreMerchant.com can beat it is most areas so it makes me wonder what a site like moremerchant.com is worth.

We have over 214 (260 the past 2 days) RSS Subscribers and growing fast! Our Alexa rating today is at 103K and expected to drop to the low 90′s next week. In these 5 days we have received around 53,000 Unique Visitors. We have over (9,430 as of Sunday) incoming links according to Yahoo.

So I edge the site John Cow is trying to sell in everything except Pagerank. We all know that Pagerank is a fraud, but we expect to recover back to a 4 or 5 on the next update.

John Cow has a Buy It now bid 0f $5000. I wouldn’t sell moremerchant for the measly amount since it can make so much more than that. But, what would I sell for? What would you sell your blog / site for?

It’s hard to say what you would sell your blog for. You put alot of hard work into it..

I don’t know what I would ask for..
$5000 sounds like a lot of cash ^_^

    Hi Jake,

Did I read this correctly? Are you receiving 53,000 unique visitors in 5 days? that’s 10,000+ visitors a day! Wow! or you meant 5,300 ?

  3. MoreMerchant says:

I typed it correctly. We had the best week we have ever had by far. We are growing rapidly, but will not maintain that number for long.

    Damn, I’m definitely jealous man!

But if I were you, I wouldn’t sell it… but I probably seen a site similar to yours in stats that sold for about $10,000… well, except for the whole pagerank thing, of course.
