An earlier post I mentioned that there was a way to game Entrecard. Although I didn’t tell anyone how. Recently the founder of Entrecard messaged me and asked me how??
I told him how you can actually get your ad on any Entrecard site that you want even if their approved ad que is full. I also told him I wouldn’t say how.
Why did I tell him? Well I like programs to work as designed. The cool thing about Entrecard is that it helps the smaller less known blogs out. It gives the little guy a chance, and thus I want Entrecard to work for anyone that wants to give it a shot.
Yes I love getting my ad on the big name blogs anytime I want, but I prefer a system that works better for everyone. So the way to Game Entrecard should be fixed shortly.
Keep up the good work Entrecard!
This is a pretty disappointing title to the reader. It doesn’t tell “how to” do anything. One would be less disappointed to read, “EntreCard can be gamed” or something similar.
What disappoints me is that I submitted a bug report on this exact same issue over a month ago.
I tried it once to confirm it worked, then reported it and received no feedback. Until I read your blog and saw your headline.
Very Interesting blog site. I enjoyed reading and browsing around and hope you can visit our site as well.
I will return as I enjoy well written blogs that capture my interest.
Kudos to you for not releasing the details on how to game the system. It’ll just help protect the integrity of a system that benefits us all!
HeHe you’re just trying to grab some attention on the blogosphere anyway exploiting system bugs and stuff is against the TOS so don’t make such a fuss about it you might end up loosing your membership.
I’ve been blogging for less than a month and Entrecard has become a valuable addition to my marketing plans. It can account for as much as 60% of my traffic on any given day. I would LOVE to know how you’re getting on the the big players blogs, but I’m sure if one person figured it out, more will follow.
Actually the founder of Entrecard thanked me and gave me a bunch of Entrecard credits for helping him out.
Hm.. I found your entrecard from johnchow..
I agree that EC is useful tools to increase traffic..
but how your trick or just a hype??
thank you to share
nice nice – I created a script with excel to game entrecard and I know one of my other blogger/entrepreneur friends game it too with just logging into entrecard.com and it does everything else….shhhhh
????
Should we be gaming anything?
Somewhere in the past you were totally against this kind of thing.
I think a better title would be how to “exploit” entrecard, and I think it’s completely acceptable. Unfortunately, human nature is bound to cheat on the system, so “good hackers” are the ones who help build secure systems. It’s impossible to make a perfect system anyway

Ha! I saw you on Problogger! This reminds me of the early problems with MyBlogLog where you could really easily fake anyone’s avatar
Oh, just what you needed, more Entre-credits, since you couldn’t game enough on your own I suppose. What a crock of a “thank you.”
Do people actually read that I HELPED Entrecard?
Ya, I was commenting on the fact that they didn’t really help YOU in return. They gave you Entre-credits, which you could have easily “gamed.” So my question is then, what did you really GAIN from helping Entrecard, besides the “thank you” clear and happy conscience? Was there enough communication for you to establish a networking relationship; was the “good press” from this article more than the traffic from any other post; etc…?
I wish I could edit my comment, but it doesn’t appear that I can. Sorry for the back-to-back post, but the mistake would eat at me if I didn’t attempt to correct it.
I meant for it to read “…besides the “thank you” and the clear and happy conscience?”
So much for proof reading your own work eh?
Ah, I gotcha! It would have been nice. 200 credits is pocket change.

can you please tell us more about “how to game entrecard” thx.
As a newbie to Entrecard, you are experienced
and know all the inner workings where the Admin has to ask you how you are performing certain functions and wondering if you could offer some tips on how to increase traffic thru Entrecard to my Blog. Any help would be appreciated. I have been blogging for awhile but always on the search for more
viewers. Thanks
Gord
Good work. It would be disappointing if Entrecard was stuffed by some people cheating the system.
Thanks for the information. It serves as a good medium by giving small bloggers the chance to prove himself in the blogging world.
200 EC Credits isn’t pocket change anymore, it’s pocket lint.
