Delta Airlines and the Cycle of Business

The airline industry is known for their bad customer service. This is common knowledge. If you desire to feel like you have been kicked in the face with a golf shoe then you go talk to an airline. Delta takes the cake as you see in my last post about how Delta Airline sucks.

They butchered my ticket yesterday and now my wife and the 3 kids they have done the same thing to her. On top of it when she tried to help them fix their problem they hung up on her. Now my wife is a calm person. She doesn’t do anything that could lead to a fight. She doesn’t call names or make accusations like a lot of people. She was trying to fix a problem that the airlines caused and didn’t even tell us about. They HUNG up on her mid sentence.

This happens to me because my mouth can get me in trouble but not my wife. So customer service as expected is terrible with the airlines.

This brings us to the circle of business. You know what I mean? Big business then small business then big business then small and so on. It comes down to customer service. I won’t use Delta so that leaves room for another airline to jump in. Thus the cycle or circle of business.

Can you learn anything from these airlines? Of course you can. Customers need to be respected. They will leave you for the competitor.

WHATEVER YOU DO, Don’t make my WIFE CRY!
** UPDATE ** Delta has called and tried to resolve the matter. My wife is now on the correct flight . No apologies or free tickets were offered but at least the problem is fixed.
