Compete.com or Alexa

I am heading out of town and flying to San Diego for the rest of the week.
So here is a Quick Post!
Have you ever heard of Compete.com? Do you like it better than alexa? Why or why not?

I use Compete.com alongside Quantcast.com and Alexa.com because each has their flaws and I would prefer to use multiple sources to identify trends.
We all know that they are not that accurate when it comes down to details, especially Alexa if you have a website with lots of non-US traffic, but they are good to compare your traffic to other sites and judge growth.

I’m with David on this. I’ve always trusted Quantcast best, but it is only good if the sites have added the Quantcast pixel. The demographic information it supplies is very good, and the numbers seem most reliable.
I like compete.com a bit as well, but they seem to lag in updating their data.
I actually think that Alexa is much more reliable since they made their recent changes, even though it cost me a bit in ranking.
However, the best is to look at all three.
