I have tweaked the site a little here and there. I hate taken the times and categories off the main page posts. I don’t think the date matters on the front page on a blog like this. Do you?
Also the categories while nice are already on the page so it is a duplication. I think we use what we have always used and it is time to get rid of clutter. I believe there is more money to be made if the blogs are clean and not cluttered.
I also run as few of plugins as possible. I think plugins can slow down a site so I only run what I really want to run. My plugins must fulfill a purpose.
What plugins do I use?
I use Akisment, Feedburner, SEO Title Tag, subscribe to Comments, WordPress Contact form and Simple Tags. These are the plugins I use. Do you use any other plugins that you can’t live without?

I have found these to be great for my site. Google Sitemaps, Full Text Feed, wp-cache, and Similar Posts. All make my blogging much more professional.
I use text-link-ads plugin to sell advertisments and also the top commentators plugin.
