As many of you know I recently installed the Top Commentator widget for MoreMerchant.com. So far so good. The spamming comments have definitely picked up a tad but I have managed them pretty well.
What do you think? Keep the Top Comment plugin going? Do you feel that this is a good way to build a blog? Comments are good but are they good if they don’t add to the conversation?

So the tip is this: Do some work ahead of time. Research some products that could be coming out in the coming months. Beat the rush, and make some bucks.

I want to give you a quick tip to help get your blog off the ground. This is so simple yet almost never done. 
Why not? Because it is a bit different than online marketers see as the norm.

What is it you say? What is one of the first things offline companies get? You see I have set up 2 offline companies in the past few years that have been very successful. So I know that one of the first things you get is business cards. You get these before you run out and get desks, office space etc.
Why? Because word of mouth advertising that a business card gives is valuable. Online marketers / bloggers don’t do this very often. Now with technology business card are cheap so don’t waste anymore time.
Get free business cards to promote your blog. Sounds easy doesn’t it? Well I believe you can add more visitors to your site this way than any other way. Have a goal to give away 10 business cards a day, and you better believe that most of those will come. They come because they are interested. If you get half of these to come this will translate to 150 new visitors a month to your site. 1850 visitors a year! Many of these will come back many times resulting in thousands of daily views.
When people find out that I make more money on the net then they do working 40 hours a week, they are interested. Imagine handing them a card so they remember. When they get home and empty their pocket, they will visit your site.
This tip is invaluable. If you want to drive your site to success, do it 1 business card at a time.

This is so off topic and I try to stay out of politics. Those that know me from my blogging back in 2000ish know that I was one of the big name political bloggers. I have stayed away because it gets so heated when you get into politics.
I am from Idaho (born in Texas). Larry Craig, 
US Senator from Idaho seems to have got caught with his pants almost down. He got arrested for something I didn’t know anything about. He tapped his foot and waved his hand (supposedly) in a bathroom stall. From what the news says is that this is a way you tell someone that you want sex (I am not sure that this is really a crime anyway).
Who knew. I am now scared to tap my foot anywhere. So if you tap your foot and wave your hand under a bathroom stall you are soliciting. Basically though to me this is kind of an act of dating?? I am not going to go into this, but you see the point?
The point I want to talk about is that now Republicans are telling him to step down. Is this right? They say he was arrested so now he needs to quit. Do you know how many politicians have records? A lot of them. Shoot… President George Bush has a DUI. I am not even go get the details but remember the Democrat lady that punched a Capitol Hill Police in the FACE!?. Democrats didn’t demand that she quit. (more…)
