Late Fees Bite – Credit Card companies love when you are late. The late fees are great as far as they considered plus they will jack up the interest rates. It is a winning situation for them.

Rates: Seek a Better Deal You can always find a better deal. Just tell your credit card company that you are with that you want a better rate or you might walk. They will give you a better rate just for the asking.

Credit Cards for Teens

MasterCard of Europe is targeting teens with their new Bluecorner credit cards, which are reportedly designed based on magazines and radio stations popular with teens such as MTV, according to Steve Watson of Infowars, citing a London Times story.

The cards carry fees for both opening an account and for using them for ATM withdrawals. There is also a penalty fee for canceling an account or ordering a replacement card. The story quotes Phil Davies, MCE’s director of business development, who says that, “Parents can control the amount of money their son or daughter spends on the card by limiting the amount of money placed on the card.”
